Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it usually takes 1–2 business days to process. Processing includes picking, packing, and preparing your order for shipment.
  • Business Days: Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
  • International Shipping: We currently ship to Canada, Europe, and select other countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Where We Ship

We offer shipping to the following locations:

  • Domestic (U.S.): All 50 states, including P.O. Boxes.
  • International: Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Australia. Other countries may be added in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. We can help you file a claim if necessary.

At this time, all purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any items.
